BEHIND THE TRUCK

Roots run deep at the Lazy H. Our new Food Truck, the Lazy Susan, is named for the owner’s mother, Sue Higman. The logo is adapted from Sue’s senior high school photo! Isn’t she a beauty! We adore Sue and love that her name and image have been incorporated into our campground.

Marcus and Molly operate our Food Truck. They both attended culinary schools and then followed with working in several restaurants across the U.S. The Lazy Susan will specialize in California BBQ along with fan favorites and coffee drinks. They will be operating on weekends from Memorial Weekend through our Lazy Halloween event in October.
